frontend engineer · angular craftsman · still drawing the map

I build interfaces that people live inside, and I am learning to build the systems that live longer than any single screen.

the person behind the commits

I am a frontend-focused software engineer based in Chennai with over 5+ years of experience building high-scale enterprise applications in the hospitality domain. I love building in public, crafting clean component architectures, and sharing everything I learn along the way.

  • Enterprise Scale & Migrations: Led a full legacy AngularJS to modern Angular platform rewrite for global hospitality systems, recognized with the Super Squad Award.
  • Building in Public & Content Creation: Active creator on X and YouTube — sharing deep dives into modern Angular, LeetCode problem solving, DSA, and Python.
  • Expanding Horizons: Actively learning and building with C# and .NET, alongside developing practical AI agent workflows and Model Context Protocol (MCP) tooling.
  • Engineering Roots: Transitioned from a Mechatronics foundation into software systems — bringing a disciplined, systems-first mindset to every line of code.

places the line has passed through

Sept 2021 — Apr 2023

Zappyworks

Intern (Sept 2021 — Dec 2021) → Member Technical Staff (Jan 2022 — Apr 2023)

Started as an Intern and transitioned into Member Technical Staff, building custom applications and business logic across the Zoho ecosystem. Developed applications within Zoho Creator, constructed CRM lead conversion pipelines, and integrated Zoho Books for procurement, purchase orders, returns, and financial data flows.

Built DOM-heavy JavaScript interfaces, created and consumed REST APIs, and engineered robust solutions for enterprise business workflows.

Apr 2023 — Present

Agilysys

Software Analyst

Architecting and scaling enterprise frontend systems for international hospitality operations, ensuring high availability across multi-property environments.

Led large-scale AngularJS to modern Angular migration initiatives, authored comprehensive test suites using Jest, enforced strict architectural standards, and integrated modern AI tooling (Copilot, Model Context Protocol) into the frontend engineering workflow.

Received the Super Squad Award at Agilysys for cross-functional collaboration, technical execution, and delivering critical interface milestones.

things I have made or am making

RoleMentor AI

An experiment in using language models to support career and role thinking — the idea that structured AI conversations could help someone navigate career transitions, understand role requirements, and think more clearly about where they are headed. It lives as a public artifact at rolementor.lovable.app.

a mirror made of questions

Kairos

An intentional time and workflow instrument built to explore qualitative time rather than rigid checklists — shifting perspective from mere task completion toward meaningful momentum and focus. An active personal tool built by shipping in small, real iterations.

what the line is reaching toward

Deepening AI / LLM understanding

Not just usage — the actual engineering. Tokens, context windows, RAG architectures, embeddings, agents, MCP, function calling. The refusal to treat AI as a black box is a practical requirement for building with these tools responsibly.

Entrepreneurship & B2B SaaS

A preference for bootstrapped, India-first, single-problem B2B SaaS — the kind of software that solves one thing well for businesses that already know what they need. Secondary explorations include hardware GPS concepts reconnecting to mechatronics training.

Senior-level scope & architecture

Deepening system design depth, end-to-end frontend performance, and large-scale architectural consistency. Expanding responsibility beyond components into whole product lifecycles.

Shipping & community in public

Moving fast by building real projects and creating genuine technical connections. Content creation, open-source experiments, and direct conversations with other builders.
